Harbor House, OCCDV Harbor House provides shelter, advocacy, counseling and emotional support to survivors of domestic violence and their children, empowering them as they work to reclaim control of their lives. Through education and advocacy, they strive to bring the issue of domestic violence to the forefront of the community's awareness, so that institutions and individuals will respond appropriately. The National MOMS Office is located at the Monastery.
